Hot city summer with cool roommates

Hey!

For rent: One bedroom in a great location at College and Dufferin, and less than 5 minutes from two streetcars. The house is newly renovated. Rent is $700 plus utilities. It is available for rent starting June 1st (maybe sooner). Please note couples are $900/month.

We are looking for people who want to stay short or long term. If you want to only be in the city for the summer, no worries.

You will be sharing the house with four male roommates and a couple AirBnBers. It's a great space if you like to meet new people. We are also just moving in on June 1 and still choosing rooms. We are all in our mid-20s. We work in music, real estate, sales, and tech. We like to have friends over every now and then for dinner, drinks, or game nights. We are looking for roommates like us: social, creative and active. No preference for male or female.

The house has two full bathrooms, two living rooms, and a big kitchen. There is laundry in the house. Your room is unfurnished. We are very close to groceries, transit, bars, restaurants and more.
