ABOUT THE ROOM(s)
So your rent actually comes with two rooms. One is very large for NYC standards. I have a queen size bed, couch, desk, table, dresser, clothing rack, night stand, and bookshelf all in this one room. Plus it has a good closet and 3 windows. The smaller room fits a full size bed and a clothing rack and has built in shelving. You could use it as an office, dining, storage, guest bedroom, etc. You have TWO ROOMS. For only $1015. This is available for one person only. Multiple people will not be considered.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
This is a gem in Park Slope. 2 short blocks from the F/G train at 15th Street. Quiet and safe area steps from Prospect Park and the Pavilion Theater. There is no living room. The only shared space is the kitchen and bathroom. Both of your rooms are in the back of the apartment where the kitchen and bathroom are, so it actually feels like you have your own apartment. 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs)

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES
One guy in his 30s who works full time in audio engineering, and one girl in her 20s who works full time in fashion design. They are both very kind, respectful, friendly and have been great roommates. The apartment is very quiet and there are some days where I don't even see them in the apartment. This is great for someone who enjoys their privacy.
