Greenpoint Loft of Awesome - 3 rooms for rent (Greenpoint)

Fun-loving photo nerd seeks 3 like-minded creative superhero professionals to join a 4-bedroom loft of AWESOME :)

About me:
I'm freelancer with a pretty hectic schedule as I'm also undertaking an experimental, documentary short-film fellowship based in Williamsburg. I tend to work from home when I'm not shooting or galavanting with friends, but also enjoy having get-togethers and the what not...AND of course laughing with folks until bellies ache. I am super chill and looking for folks with the same demeanor.

Current Situation:
My current roommates and I absolutely adore this space and will place a voodoo hex on anyone who thinks otherwise. They have chosen to fly the coup for greener pastures, making this space available for new Greenpoint adventures for those who choose to accept!

Professional Work/Live Space:
We have been operating this space as a professional work/live space where we may have clients visit, hold production meetings and/or reserve our living room for shoots. I would like to continue with this vibe! Please see below for more info!

Kick-ass views of Manhattan Skyline:
- from both the living room
- AND the roof (which is incredible by the way)

The Living Room
- has beautiful light
- also used as a shooting space

The rooms:
- are roughly the same size: 9' x 12'
- have lofted beds and 13' ceilings
- EVERY room has a view of the city!

Location:
- Nestled in-between residential and industrial neighborhoods
- just around the corner from McGorlrick park

Trains:
- approximate journey time to Manhattan is 35 - 45 min
- Nassau G stop just a 15 minute walk
- Graham L stop a 20 minute walk

Central Air:
- central heating and AC in the summer

Amenities:
- laundromat around the corner
- great little grocery store just across the park

Requirements by landlord:
- first month + last month + security deposit
- good credit rating (must complete credit check)
- they will accept guarantors

* Unfortunately no pets :(
* Smokers welcome - but outside or on the roof please :)
* 420 Friendly
