Great Room in Bed-Stuy apt

We are two roommates, looking for a third roommate for a Feb. 1st move in. First month’s rent and security to move in $800, plus $700. I am a 28 yr old lady/professional with a 9-5 job and the 2nd roommate is a 25 yr old man/free-lancer with a varying schedule. We are looking for a mid-20's - mid 30's responsible, clean, chill person to fill our third bedroom.
About Apt:
--It's very big, the whole third floor of the building. It has 3 1/2 bedrooms (half room is for storage & has a cot for guests), very large living/dining room, spacious kitchen and Bathroom, and two extra-large closets for sharing. The apt is old but heat is generally good.
- Your room will be next to the living room, we try to be considerate/give notice when we have guests. It’s a long thin room but enough space for a full or queen bed, desk, and bureau, and it has a closet. The window overlooks Tompkins avenue.
-we have a cat, he's very friendly!
-we split some household costs (Toilet paper, dish soap, etc..) & cleaning, you should be neat/clean up after yourself, help with garbage & sweeping, do your dishes, etc...
-heat is included, we pay electricity and internet $40-60 a month
-420 ok, smoking on fire escape only.
-Preferably someone who won’t need to use the bathroom from 7am-8am (my dream)
Neighborhood: We live on Tompkins Ave right in the middle of Bedford Stuyvesant. We are close to Bed-vyne Brew bar, Eugene & co., Lover’s Rock, Peaches hothouse, Saraghina, Bed-vyne cocktail, Sincerely Tommy etc…the neighborhood has great bars and restaurants/take out. We are a 9 min walk to C Train at Kingston Throop, 12 min walk to A express train at Nostrand, 15 min walk to G train, & lots of Citibike stations. I love it here, its really a beautiful neighborhood!
