Great room in a great apartment on the border of Mile-End and The Plateau (May/June)

Hi,

We, Anne-Laure and Marc-Olivier, are proposing you a room in our apartment. If we learned one thing from our exchanges is that LOCATION of your flat is very important. This is why we propose the room to exchange students. This flat is on the border of Mile-End and The Plateau Mont-Royal. For those who are not familiar with Montreal yet, these are the two best neighbourhoods in town!!

The flatmates :
We are both student at HEC Montréal, Anne-Laure being a full time student finishing her bachelor degree and Marc-Olivier, being a part-time student following night classes and working during the day. We are lively and easy to live with. Frankly, we are not home that often, being occupied with whether work, student association or party!! Still, we manage to have at very nice atmosphere in the apartment. We both like food, wine, cooking and having people over!
In case you wonder, we are not a couple, simply good friends.

The neighbourhood :
Mile-End and Le Plateau are two lively and vibrant districts of Montréal. That's where you'll find all the restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and parks!! Everything is within a 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Mile-End is the hipster, more english neighbourhood, as Le Plateau is the more Parisian French neighbourhood, so you will easily find your count!

You will be 30 seconds (not kidding!) away from the metro station, bus stops, pharmacy, grocery store, convenience store and restaurants.
You will also have easy access to all major universities through (Metro or bus 30 for UQAM, Bus 51 for UdeM and metro for Concordia and McGill)

Basically, you do not have any additional charges!
The rent is 450$ per month. That's CHEAP!!
The lease period is 2 months, from May 1st to June 30th.

Public Transportation
Laurier metro station
Bus 11 drives you up the mountain and its amazing views.
Bus 51 takes you to HEC in no time (1 bus every 10 min)!
Buses 55 and 80 drives you down to Downtown, Old Montréal, Chinatown or up to Jean-Talon market, Little Italy, etc.
