J’ai une chambre à louer ! L’appartement est grand, 1000 pieds carrés environ. Il est super bien situé, près de la ligne 80 pour aller au centre-ville en 15/20 min ou au nord. La 161 passe à côté et va au métro Outremont ou Rosemont en 5/10 min. Il y a plein de bars, resto, boutiques et épiceries à côté, et plein d’endroits charmants à découvrir dans le quartier. Bienvenue dans le Mile-end !

Il y a deux chambres, un grand salon et une grande cuisine avec de la place pour cuisiner ! Et aussi un bureau que j’utilise, avec la buanderie. L’appartement est vraiment calme, aussi bien la journée que le soir.

La chambre est grande, non-meublée et il y a un garde-robe. J’ai aussi installé une armoire d’angle mais ce n’est pas sur la photo. Il y a de la lumière l’après-midi et en fin de journée. Elle donne sur une ruelle donc c’est vraiment calme.
Je loue la chambre 530$/mois pour le loyer, plus les factures d’internet et de chauffage à partager. L’eau chaude est déjà comprise dans le loyer.

Moi : j’ai 30 ans, je suis professionnelle et je travaille avec des enfants. J’aime cuisiner, lire, sortir, faire du sport etc… Je suis une personne sympathique, qui aime bien discuter autour d’un souper à l’occasion !

La coloc idéale :
Une femme dans la trentaine, professionnelle ou étudiante en cycle supérieur. Quelqu’un d’agréable à vivre, de respectueux et propre !

I have a room to rent! The apartment is big, approximately 1000 square feet. It's a great location, close to the line 80 to go downtown in 15/20 minutes or north. There is also the 161 wichi goes to metro Outremont or Rosemont in 5/10 min. There are plenty of bars, restaurant, shops and grocery stores nearby, and many charming places to discover in the neighborhood. Welcome to the Mile-end!

There are two bedrooms, a large living room and a grat kitchen perfect to cook! And also an office that I use, with the laundry. The apartment is really quiet, as well the day as in the evening.
The room is large, not furnished and there is a wardrobe. There is some light rather the afternoon and at the end of the day. It overlooks an alley with trees so it's really quiet.
I rent the room $ 530/month plus Internet and heating bills to share. Hot water is already included in the rent.

Me: I'm 30, I am professional and I work with children. I
like cooking, reading, going out, play sports etc ... I am a friendly person who likes to chat over a dinner on the occasion!

The ideal roommate:
A woman in her thirties, professional or graduate student. Someone pleasant to live, respectful and clean!
