Une grande chambre est disponible au 1er Février dans notre appartement situé sur le plateau (Rachel/Saint Urbain). Tous les services sont à proximité (supermarchés, bars, restaurants, bus, parc Jeanne Mance, etc.)

L’appartement est un grand 7 ½ plein de cachet et comprend 3 chambres, un grand salon avec un mur de briques, une salle à manger + grande cuisine toute équipée (frigo, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, laveuse/sécheuse), une salle de bain et une terrasse.

Et.... le meilleur pour la fin!! Tu vivras avec Camille et Maïté, deux jeunes professionnelles qui aiment avoir du fun ensemble, partager des choses simples en bonne compagnie comme une bonne bouffe, sortir ou encore boire des coups etc.

Nous cherchons un/une jeune professionnel/le, sociable et ouvert d'esprit, plutôt tranquille la semaine mais bien évidemment qui aime profiter la fin de semaine.
Loyer : 590$ + charges (environ 70$ pour internet et Hydro)

One large bedroom will be available in February in our beautiful apartment located in the Plateau (Saint Urbain / Rachel). All services are close to our place (grocery stores, bars, restaurants,Jeanne Mance park, bus, etc..)

Our apartment is a great charming 7 ½ with character including 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a brick wall, a big dining room + fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer), a bathroom and a terrace.

You will live and share the apartment with 2 young professional girls who enjoy simple things of daily life with people as sharing good food or a drink in a bar with friends.
We are looking for a young professional who is sociable and open-minded, chilled during the week but obviously who likes to have fun during weekend.

Rent: $ 590 + charge (about $ 70 for internet and Hydro)
