Je sous loue ma grande chambre dans la résidence universitaire 515 lamarq située plein centre ville entre McGIll,et UQAM! C'est une colocation étudiante hyper bien placée (juste à côté de Rue Sainte Catherine) avec TOUT INCLUS (chauffage, eau, électricité, internet) +

-lit double ultra confort (couette et draps fournis!!) / bureau / meuble rangement
-Réfrigérateur / Lave-vaisselle / Micro-ondes / four
-Salle de sport (cardio et musculation)
-Home cinéma / Salle de musique / Table de ping-pong / billard
-Stationnement souterrain
-salle de travail (pour les plus sérieux d'entre vous)
-Vidéosurveillance et sécurité

Tu vivras dans une colocation bonne ambiance avec un français très cool et 3 irlandais à l'accent improbable mais très sympa ! :)

la chambre est dispo DÈS MAINTENANT jusqu'à fin JUILLET 2016 pour 969$/ mois (le prix normal d'une chambre avec fenêtre dans cette résidence est de 1100$, draps non compris!!)

Apartement share is very well located (just near Ste Catherine street) and is ALL INCLUDED (heat, water, electricity and internet) +
- very confortable king size bed (with sheets included !!) / desk / furniture
- fridge / micro wave / dishwasher / oven
- sport room (gym and cardio!)
- home cinema / music room / ping pong table / pool
-underground parking
-working room (for the serious guys!!)
-video surveillance and security

You will live with a french very cool guy and 3 irish with a big irish accent but very nice !!:)

My room is available from NOW on untill the end of JULY 2016 for 969$ / month (normal price for such a room -with window- is 1100$/month, and the sheets are not usually included!)
