Transfert de bail d'une merveilleuse chambre (415$) dans un grand 6 1/2 situé entre St-Henri et Westmount, un quartier très tranquille mais bien fournis. L'appartement est à seulement deux minutes de la station de métro Lionel-Groulx et plusieurs arrêt de bus. Le marché Atwater est à peine à 10 minutes de marche, tout comme le IGA et Pharmaprix.

L'appartement est complètement meublé. La chambre comprend une base de lit et un matelas, un bureau, un grand placard ainsi qu'une très grande fenêtre menant sur la ruelle arrière. Au prix faudra ajouter environ 10$ pour l'internet et 31$ pour l'hydro, ce qui fait un total d'environ 459$ par mois!

Vous cohabiterez avec trois étudiants à l'université de Montréal et l'UQAM; deux garçons et une fille.

Lease transfert of a wonderful room in a big 6 1/2 (415) apartment located right in the middle of St-Henri and Westmount, a really great neighbourhood close to everything. The apartment is only two minutes walk from station Lionel-Groulx and many bus stops. The Atwater Market, IGA and Pharmaprix are about 10 minutes walk.

The apartment is fully furnished. The room comes with a bed, a desk, a big closet and a big window that looks out to the court. To the price you must add approximately 10$ for the wi-fi, 31$ for Hydro, which will cost you 459$ are so per month!

You will be leaving with three other students going to either UdeM on UQAM; two guys and one girl.
