Grande chambre dans 4 1/2, lit queen inclu dans appartement meublé, Metro Parc, 10 minute UdeM

Hey I am Christine, I study Social Work at UdeM.

I am looking to sublet a room with or without a transferring of the lease. The lease end on the 1st of mai 2016. It's a large room in a 41/2. My roomate is leaving since she'll be moving in with her boyfriend.

The apartment is fully furnished and the room comes with a Queen sided bed and a huge closet outside the room. The apartment has large windows in every room and is well soundproof. There is a balcony in the front and back. Also, there is a laundry room in the basement.

As for the utilities : Hydro is every two months Approx.(Summer= 55/2, Winter=160/2) internet is 22.50 a month.

The location is perfect for a student, it's 30 seconds away from Parc metro, the 80 and the 435
10 minutes from University of Montreal.

The is also a provigo and a corner store less than 2 minutes of walk.

J'ai une grande chambre a sous-louer avec ou sans transfert de bail dans un 41/2. Le bail se termine en le 1er mai 2016. Ma colocataire quitte, car elle déménage avec son chum.
L'appartement est complètement meublé et la chambre vient avec un lit queen et un grand garde-robe situé à l'extérieur de la chambre. L'appartement a des grandes fenêtres dans toutes les pièces et il est bien insonorisé. Il y a un balcon a l'arrière et à l'avant. Celui à l'avant a des belles vignes l'été. De plus, il y a une buanderie dans le sous-sol.

Pour les services: Hydro aux deux mois (Approx. Été= 55/2, Hiver=160/2), l'internet 22.50 par mois.

30 secondes de la station Parc, la 80 et 435.
10 minutes de le UDM , donc parfait pour un/ une etudiant(e)

Il y a aussi un provigo et un dépanneur a moins de 2 minutes de marche.
