Gorgeous Washington Square Apartment!

I am relocated for work and am looking for someone to finish out my lease. I have 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. My room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. We split cable/internet, electric and gas. Our landlord pays for water and we have our own washer and dryer in our unit! The area is very safe and quiet and close to all that Washington Square has to offer :) Your roommates are in their mid-20s and are all working professionals. The apartment is super clean. I prefer to take and ship my bedroom furniture to my new place but if it's make or break then I would be willing to sell it to you. The lease is May 1 until August 31st with the option to re-sign for Sept 1
