Home is shared with two roommates. Please note they are working musicians - lessons & rehearsals are sometimes in house, often in the detached garage/recording studio. We are seeking a quiet, easy-going person.
Rent is $650. Utilities, hydro, unlimited WIFI, are extra - $100 a month, included in price above. Parking spot in back sometimes available.
Please, no pets and non-smoking indoors and out. House features a living room, kitchen, and a back deck great for summer BBQ.
