T’as envie de partager un superbe grand 4 ½ avec un salon double? Hey, j’aurai justement une chambre libre en mai.

Tu veux être au frais durant l’été ? La chance : l’appartement a l’air climatisé !

Tu aimes l’art? Ça tombe bien, j’en suis une grande consommatrice.

Tu aimes partager tes idées et en discuter avec d’autre ? Cool, moé si.

Tu préfères vivre dans un appartement où il n’y a pas d’animaux ? Quelle coïncidence ; je n’en veux pas non plus.

Tu es gay/bi/trans/queer ou friendly? Parfait, je t’accueille à bras ouvert.

Tu ne te prends pas trop au sérieux? Génial, on va ben s’entendre !

Sinon, je m’appelle Maolie, jeune professionnelle en éducation spécialisée et future designer graphique :) Mais tu peux m’appelle Mao! I’m little bit strange at first sight, but funny after you get to know me.

L’appartement en soi :

-À qq minutes de marche du métro (ligne verte) et qq seconde des autobus (32 et 85)… et la 364 passe à qq minutes de notre porte
-Plein de parking gratuit tout près
-Dépanneurs, pharmacie, épicerie près de chez nous.
-Il y a une laveuse, sécheuse et même le lave-vaisselle! Oublie le tracas de trouver une buanderie.
-Plein de lumière
-450$/mois tout inclus, sauf meuble (électricité, chauffage, internet illimité -même Netflix- et assurance locataire). OU 465$ si tu prends la chambre avec balcon.

-Within few minutes walk from metro (green line) and few sec from bus stop (32, 85). Bonus : 364 (from downtown) pass near of our door 
-Full free parking close
-Dépanneur , drugstore, grocecy store near
-There is a washer, dryer and even a dishwasher!
-450$/month all included, except furniture (electricity, heat, unlimited internet [even Netflix], and insurance). Or, 465$ if you take the room with balcony ;)
