Furnished Room - Utilities Included - Washington Heights

Room includes: queen bed (awesome pillow-top mattress with sheets and pillows etc), vintage 5 door dresser, double closet, two underbed slide-out drawers, and overhead storage (which is great for luggage or bins). Also has small TV that's hooked up to Netflix and Hulu, and HBO.

The room is in the back of the apartment off of the living room facing the street so it gets great sunlight.

We love the location - 1.5 blocks from C train at 163rd and a 5-7 minute walk to the A/C/1 trains at 168th depending on how fast you walk. Quick commute pretty much anywhere. Half a block from the park, 2 blocks from a grocery store/laundry, NYC recreation center nearby.

About us: We're down-to-earth people, interested in the arts, and usually pretty busy. No dog allergies (or lesbian allergies) because we have an incredibly sweet 1.5 year old golden retriever. And we sometimes dog-sit.
