Looking to fill a 10 x 11 room w/ a closet in a 3bd/1.5 bath apartment located off of Harvard St. Less than a 2 min walk to the D line (Brookline Village) and the 66. About a 15 min walk to Coolidge Corner and a 20 min walk to the Longwood area.

The room will be furnished with a dresser and bed. The apartment has a furnished kitchen and a living room that is slowly becoming more homely.

Currently, there are three females living in the apartment and we are looking for another female in her early to mid twenties to fill my place. Two of the girls are working towards their masters degrees while one is a postdoc.

Rent is $950 and utilities (electricity + internet) are around $50/each. H/W is included and electricity is capped at $35/each. Laundry is in the building next door. You would be signing onto a lease, first + last months rent and $75 lease changing fee is required.

Available January 1st, 2016.
