Furnished room in big 4.1/2, Berri-UQAM station, January 1st

We have a room to rent in a modern furnished apartment in the Village. The lease will begin January 1st. Our apartment is located on Amherst St, between BerriUQAM (green, orange, and yellow lines) and Beaudry (green line) metro stations. We are 3 French people (1 girl, 2 guys) who have lived together for the past 2 years. We are fluent in English and we would love to have an English-speaking, easy-going, and fun girl around. Chill and nice during the week, a little bit more wild during the weekend ☺. Friendly 420.

Our apartment is fully furnished: laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and AC. We also have a big terrace in the back. Grocery stores, public markets and metro near by.
The room is the biggest in the apt and it is fully furnished as well: queen size bed and big closet, desk and chair. It also receives plenty of light. The rent is 670$ plus charges (about 50$ a month, can be more cause of Hydro). We’re looking for someone who would stay until the end of our lease, which is August. Contacts below.

Nous avons une chambre qui se libère à partir du 1er Janvier dans notre grand 41/2 sur la rue Amherst, entre les stations Berri-UQAM (lignes verte, orange et jaune) et Beaudry (ligne verte). Nous sommes 3 français (deux garçons et une fille) de 25 ans, deux qui travaillent et un étudiant à l’UdeM. Cela fait maintenant 2 ans que nous vivons dans cet appartement meublé équipé d’une laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, frigidaire et air climatisé. Nous disposons aussi d’une terrasse couverte en arrière.

La chambre qui se libère est la plus grande chambre de l’appartement, très ensoleillée avec lit queen et grand espace de rangement, épiceries et marchés aux alentours. Le loyer est de 670$ + charges (environ 50$ par mois, dépendemment de l'hiver). Nous cherchons de préférence une fille pour garder une parité, anglophone serait un plus (nous sommes tous bilingues et aimons pratiquer notre anglais). Contacts pour les visites ci-dessous.
