I am a 28 year old female looking for a roommate between 25-30 years old to share a two bedroom apartment in the west end.

Dog friendly building! Looking for a young professional or student. Not a party apartment, but of course you can have your friends over at decent hours. As long as we both respect our working hours I'm ok with friends over. I will be away for the first week of the year so looking for someone for Jan 15th or Feb 1st. I'm flexible with the dates. Half of rent security deposit required. Rent is $975 plus $25 for hydro and internet. The room includes all the furniture in the pictures. I like keeping things clean and tidy in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a balcony and laundry in the building.
