The house is a large three bedroom on two levels, with a front and a back garden with a deck. You share with one person and, about a third of the time, with a second one (the owner)

Your bedroom is the master one, has a large closet, is fully furnished with a new double bed, beddings, shelving and desk. Commons include bathroom, kitchen, living room, back garden and deck. Washer and dryer are on site.

The house is located 2 steps from the Dufferin subway station (also close to Ossington station) in a super friendly neighbourhood (Bloorcourt). Quiet street. On Bartlett just north of Bloor.

Looking for a person easygoing, clean, organized and social enough when sharing the commons. If you are allergic, you should know that 2 cats live in the house (although outside most of the time, you need to love cats though).

1100CAD + utilities (100CAD) for a minimum of 7 months.

Available as per October 1.
