The house is to share with one other person. Your bedroom is cosy and bright with a large closet, furnished with a new double bed and beddings. A separate office is available for you. Commons include bathroom, kitchen, living room and back garden with deck.
The house is located 2 steps from the Dufferin subway (also close to Ossington Station) in a super friendly neighborhood. Quiet street, great neighbours. On Bartlett just north of Bloor
Looking for someone easygoing, clean. If you are allergic, you should know that 2 cats live in the house (although outside most of the time).
$850 for the entire period. The rent includes utilities, Wifi, washer and dryer. 50 $ are asked in extra for professional cleaning. Available 18 April to 24 May and June
