Furnished bedroom in East Van. Near Joyce Skytrain

Hello!
I am looking for a roommate for September 1st. I live in a 2-bedroom suite, lower part of a house, in East Van. My roommate is leaving so looking for someone nice to share this space. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed. It located near Joyce Skytrain Sta. so it's pretty easy to get to places by transit. 25 min to Downtown, express bus to UBC and easy transfer to BCIT. There're lots of restaurants and shops around.

I work full-time, and go to school part-time. I am looking for someone easy-going, respectful and mature.

Rent is $600, and that includes utilities (WiFi, Cable, Washer/Dryer, Hydro) . The washroom is shared. Looking for short-term, but could be extended.
