A bedroom in my fully furnished 2BR apartment is available to sublet beginning January 17th. Short term or long term is fine. It's a wonderful apartment in the Upper West Side, just steps from restaurants, bars, grocery, Central Park, and the 1 train and B/C trains. Super convenient to get anywhere in the city.

The room comes with a full (double) bed, large closet, small desk, air conditioner, and storage space. The rest of the apartment includes furniture, TV with cable, wifi, full kitchen and bathroom. It's a beautiful apartment - exposed brick, tall windows, hardwood floor. Laundry in the building.

I'm a 32 year old guy, working professional in the city. I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and easy to live with!
