Furnished apartment for Rent + Master Bedroom

Hey guys! So I'm subleting out my apartment to someone who would best fit my description. I already have a roommate, whom I've been living with for a year and a half now --she's the ideal roommate, very quiet, friendly, minds her own business, she's in university, respectful, extremely polite and so many other great things about her (which I'm sure you'll get to know).

Anyway, the apartment is 650/month, which includes Internet and all other amenitites. It's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood (Royal York) and is only a 5 minute bus ride away from Royal York subway station. There is a plaza accross the street which has Loblaws, bulkbarn, Lcbo, Second Cup, a conveineince store, and many other stores.

My roommate currently has the smaller bedroom, and the one I'm subleting out is the master bedroom. It will already have a closet for you and a dresser, as well as a futon. It's extremely spacious. Also, it is a furnished apartment, so the couch and everything in pictures will be there.

There is NO LEASE, however, I will ask for first and last month's rent prior to moving in.

I'd prefer the new roommate to be a female, but if you're a male and seriously interested and very mature, feel free to contact. Also, I'd like to keep the age range between 20-27
