Furnished apartment bedroom by New West Skytrain available March 1st, great location

We are looking for a roommate to move in to our beautiful New West apartment for March 1st

Heres some information:

-1 bedroom available
-2 current residents + kitty
-Great modern kitchen/bathroom, shared
-Third floor
-Brand new renovated apartment suite
-Very high ceilings
-All hardwood floors
-Big dining/living room area
-Lots of storage space
-Furniture and appliances included (other than a bed)
-Laundry on same floor
-Dishwasher
-We can make parking available if it is needed. $40 a month
-The last 2 pictures are of the room you would be staying in. It is about double the size that you see in the second to last picture. There is no window, instead there is holes in near the roof to allow ventilation. We can also figure out a way to cover these holes if you like. The last photo is of the huge walk in closet. I'm aware that the room looks dreary in the photo. It's better in person.

-Only half a block away from New West Skytrain Station which has EVERYTHING you need, heres a link:

It has a grocery store, banks, gym, movie theatre, Starbucks, Pizza, Sushi, the Skytrain, and more, all only half a block away!

-Also very close to the River Market
-Right beside Douglas College
-30 minutes to BCIT
-35 minutes to SFU
-30 minutes to downtown Vancouver
-Surrounding noise level is low, even considering we are so close to the train. Very thick walls.
-We also have a lot of extra furniture if it is needed
-RENT IS ONLY $450 + 1/3 of electric and wifi ($40-$60 depending on the month)
-All utilities included except ^
-Sorry, no smoking cigarettes inside
-420 friendly. Hope you don't mind. I smoke alone in my room for medical purposes. Minimal smell.
-We would LOVE a dog or cat if you have one. We are only allowed small ones though.

About us:
-Friendly, laid back, healthy, clean female and male
-20 and 22 year olds
-Students and employed
