Fully Furnished Room near subway

I have a room available immediately or April 1 till June 30th. Rent is $850 fully furnished and includes all utilities. (FEMALE PREFERRED)

About the room: the room is small, but has a full size bed, dresser, double closet with above closet storage. The room is located at the entrance to the apartment so is private from the rest of the place.

About the apartment: the apartment is 3 bedrooms so you would be living with two girls. The whole apartment is furnished and common areas are for everyone to use. One of us works full time outside the apartment and one of us works full time in the apartment. We have never had any issues with bathroom timing or whatever. We are pretty chill and do our own thing, but also enjoy hanging out. There is also the cutest Golden Retriever who lives here two weeks out of the month. YOU MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY AND LGBT FRIENDLY.

Location: Washington Heights. 1.5 blocks from C train and a 7 minute walk from the AC1 trains.

Looking for someone who is chill, clean (this is a must),
and can pay rent on time.

I'm a French student of interior design and I will be in New-York from April 26th to August 5th for an internship.
