The room comes with the following furnishings (they can also be removed if you prefer):

As an apartment we have

- 1 bathroom (not as big of an issue as you'd think)
- Private back patio w/ BBQ
- Ground Floor
- Reasonable amount of space since we have 2 floors.

We are looking for:

- Non smoker of any kind
- No couples/frequent significant other visits
- CLEAN
- Low key and respectful of everyone's work schedule

To move in:
First Month Rent+Last Month Rent + $300 Deposit (non negotiable)

Monthly:
Rent (1200) + Utilities ($50-70 depending on season)

Utilities includes:
