Female wanted in a town house near Commercial and Broadway

Hi there,

I just found a house to move into for Dec 1st and my current room is up for grabs. My roommate is looking for a a nice girl to share space with 2 other women and a cat. The bedroom is upstairs and is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a dresser, and a closet. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with the 3rd roommate. The living room and the kitchen are fully equipped, so it's perfect for a person with a little to no furniture. There is also a courtyard where it's nice to hang out in the summer. Very convenient location as it is only 3 min walk from the Commercial-Broadway skytrain station, Safeway, and the numerous stores, bars and restaurants that commercial drive has to offer. Also 1 min walk from Trout lake. $500 monthly + utilities. Available Dec 1st. Damage deposit is $250. Hi, i am a french student, i come to canada for three months and i would be interested in your room. Is it always available?
I arrive on May 25 in vancouver, and I would stay there at least 3 weeks, see more if I find a job.
