Female roommate wanted

Hey,
We're looking for a female roommate to share a room in our apartment Downtown/West End from middle of February.
The apartment is on Barclay Street, 10 minutes walk from Burrard skytrain station and minutes from shops and Robson street. There are two bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen, living, dining area, and balcony.
The building has a pool, sauna, and laundry facilities.
We are three girls in our twenties from various parts of the world. We like to chill in the evenings and occasionally we share meals or have a few friends over. We all work hard, and clean up after ourselves.
Rent is $473 per month plus utilities and damage deposit/furniture.
