Female Roommate/Friend wanted in Collective-style Apartment

Hey! My current roommates and I (three students- 2 male, 1 female) are looking for a fourth party (female) to move into our new place on Saint Denis next year (academic year). We are looking for a young person who is interested in living communally with us. This means we would share our money for groceries and household supplies, make and eat dinners together throughout the week, and actively choose to spend time with and get to know one another. We are a group of individuals who care about social justice and political issues such as feminism, race issues, and religion. We also are friendly, social and enjoy having our friends over (often for potlucks on Friday nights) and going out.

The apartment that we are moving into for JULY 1 2016 is a beautiful first floor 4 bedroom with a lovely basement, 1 large bathroom (shower and bath), 1 small bathroom in the basement, and plenty of storage space. The price is either $400, $475, or $500 a month (not including utilities) depending on the room. It is located 5 minute walk from both Jean-Talon market and Beaubien metro (25 mins commute to McGill; 30 mins to Concordia). Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher included. No pets. All communal rooms are fully furnished (couches, tables, dishes, etc.); the room for rent is not furnished (possibility of bed and dresser for sale).
