Je quitte mon logement en Janvier pour partir à l'étranger durant l'année à venir et je cherche quelqu'un pour reprendre le bail.
Ma chambre est un grand 14m² meublé situé dans un super appartement à distance de marche du métro Cote des Neiges et des universités (Udem, HEC, Poly) avec accès rapide à Concordia (la 165).
Le prix tout inclus est à $600 par mois et comprends aussi un service de ménage bi-mensuel!

I'm leaving my rent in January to travel over the next year and I'm currently looking for someone to take over my place.
My room is a spacious 14m² located in a fantastic apartment near Cote des Neiges station and most big universities (Udem, HEC, Poly), with quick access to Concordia (165 bus).
All included, it comes at $600 with a cleaning service happening twice a month!
