Excellent room in the Upper West Side

I'm an international doctor studying/working in Manhattan. I'm renting the second bedroom of my apartment. This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the most beautiful and safe area of the Upper West Side where you have a lot of restaurants and bars, local 1 train and express 2-3 trains are located 1 block walking. Half block from Riverside Park and 3 blocks from Central Park. Very good grocery stores just few blocks away like Fairway, Trader Joe's, Zabars, Citarella. One block from all nice stores on Broadway, drug stores, cleaners, nice coffee shops, 3 blocks from Equinox and 1 block from NYSC.

The apartment is 700sqft and high ceilings, located in the 6th floor of an elevator building. Really quiet street. This apartment is very sunny and bright in all rooms. The bedroom is a comfortable space which has a full size bed frame with its mattress, nice desk and chair, big wall cabinet for extra-closet space and the curtains. You will have a big size closet only for you. In the apartment you can use all utensils, pots and pans from the kitchen. The apartment has high speed internet (wifi) and cable TV with more than 200 channels. Your monthly rent will be $1,500 + utilities (around $100). Utilities include electricity, water, TV cable and Internet. First month and one month deposit security is required when move in.

I'm seeking for a female international student or a professional. References are appreciated. I would like somebody clean, quiet, non-smoker, respectful with the house rules and my privacy, lovely and responsible with monthly payments who doesn't have issues sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. And somebody who likes dogs. I have a lovely, friendly and well trained, 7 years old female Labrador Retriever.

About me, I'm a young, professional, friendly, very quiet, clean, non-smoker person who always will respect your space and the house rules. I will be most of the time out at school or hospital, or in my room studying.
