Excellent location well-cut-off livingroom in 1b1b apt near NYU - take over my lease

Hi Everyone,

The room is in 11 Waverly place, right next to Washington Square Park, it's a perfect location in NYU. The room can be viewed anytime, anyone who's interested please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

About the room:

· The building is right next to Washington Square Park, this is extremely good location for NYU students and for anyone who loves nature. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the NYU main library, NYU gym is within 7 minutes walk, Soho area within 5 minutes walk. Nearby neighborhood is super convenient.
· The apartment has 24 hours doorman and two elevators. Each room has an air conditioner and heater!, laundry is inside the building.
· The room is a nice clean cut-off living room with a opaque sliding door, a huge window and lots of sunlight. The apartment has a very nice furnished kitchen and clean bathroom.
· current roommate is an NYU Stern undergraduate student with lovely personality, she keeps the apartment very clean and quiet.
· The total rent of the whole apt is $4300 including utilities, and this room takes $1971 dollars per month. Lease is from Oct 1, 2017 to Aug 1, 2018 (11 months), all the rent fee will need to be reimbursed to me (since I paid a whole year rent to the leasing office already). And honestly this is probably the cheapest you can find in this area.

About you:

· my roommate hopes you are a female student in NYU, but all female students in their late teenage and 20s are welcome as well!
· Dogs anapest are allowed in the apartment and the building is extremely pet friendly!
· You are welcome to have your boyfriend and guests stay over as well!
