East Van Basement suite
I am a 26 year old female looking for a roommate for March 1. Rent includes utlities and internet. It is in the basement of a cute old east van bungalow. There are numerous parks within walking distance, it's close to Fraser and Kingsway and these bus routes: 8, 19, 22, 25, 99, 9. It's also about a 15 minute walk to Main and Commercial. I am passionate about community, sustainability and the arts. I am looking for a roommate that is tidy, has an eco friendly attitude, open mind and has an interest in health foods. I'd prefer if the livingroom continued to not have a tv so that the focus in the room is conversation and connection. I'm looking for a roommate that is a good communicator, doesn't mind sharing some food costs (spices, rice etc) and is ok with guests (I sometimes host boardgame nights and such).
