Dundas Square - Huge Apartment

Looking for a down-to-earth, responsible, clean and mature roommate.

The apartment is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, etc. The bedroom is not furnished. There is a dishwasher, gas stove, 4 piece washroom and a/c.

The location is amazing, on Dundas West midway between the University and Yonge subway lines. Laundry is in the basement of the building, Longo's grocery is across the street.

A bit about me... I'm 36 year old graphic designer at U of T, I work freelance from home in the evenings so I'm home most nights. I'm fairly easy going, honest, clean and respectful. I have a 7 year old chihuahua/pug mix (he's in some photos) who's timid but very friendly.

Rent is $965, hydro, gas and internet is shared. In total, rent + utilities usually amount to $1100. The apartment is approx 1300 sq feet, and the bedroom is aprox 10x12 feet (the bedroom shown is nearly identical to the room for rent). This is a large apartment and the size makes up for lack of outdoor space.

Ideally looking for a female roommate. The apartment is only available for March 1st. First and last is required.
