Spacious flex room in doorman building next to South Street Seaport available for 6 months from May 1. Sharing with two easygoing professionals (one guy, one girl: American and Irish) in their late twenties. Apartment is on 29th floor and the bedroom has a great view.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one person.
Building has a gym (included in rent), laundrette, dry-cleaning services, and a great rooftop
Apartment has WiFi, cable, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
First month's rent + deposit required to move in.
Possibility to extend lease after 6 month if you like, but no obligation.
