Two female HSPH students looking for a third roommate for Sept 1st 1 year lease. The apartment is 3br/1ba, with a spacious kitchen and living room. Bedroom for rent comes with a big hallway closet, and gets great morning light!
We also have a cute and sunny office space that everybody shares.

Shared spaces are fully furnished- you don't need to bring anything! Bedroom can be partially furnished (or not, depending on what you'd like).

Location: walking distance to Longwood medical (15 minutes), and around the corner from groceries, pharmacy, coffee shops, and a short walk to all the shops in Coolidge Corner! 66 Bus line stops very close by, and both Brookline Village and Coolidge Corner T stops are an easy 5-7 minute walk.

Other info: We have a super friendly cat, but can't take any other pets. Utilities are extra, and run about $60-$100 per month, and that includes internet and cable TV.

No smokers, drug users, or partiers please. We are students looking for somebody fun and sociable, but this isn't a party apartment.
