Im 25, female, architecture student. I have a busy schedule, and at home i will have people over for dinner and drinks, but more than often when im home, Im either working on the computer or relaxing.

The ROOM has a big closet, high ceilings, a big window and your own private bathroom.

The APARTMENT has 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, also a terrace and you will be living with a snuggly 2 year old french bulldog.

Also, the BUILDING is less than a year old, it has ROOF DECK w GRILL, GYM, MOVIE ROOM, POOL TABLE in the ROOFTOP and WASHER and DRYER in the BASEMENT.

And its located in vibrant Clinton Hill walking distance to Pratt University and Brooklyn Bridge. Just 3 blocks away from the Classon G Train stop with easy access to Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, and Williamsburg. The area is super nice, on the corner of Myrtle ave and Classon there are coffee shops, great restaurants, bars and wine shops in any direction you walk.

Amenities+WIFI are included in the price.

Move in date is Flexible but aiming for June 1st.
