Cozy room in petit italie

Hello People.!!!
We are looking for a flatmate! You would share the flat with us, a young international couple, graduated students, and laid back. We are looking for someone calm and organized, also someone to hang out with, to watch movies… The room is going to be free from August 1st till the 31st, and later in the beginning of October- open end. Feel free to choose either possibly. The monthly rent is 400$. It is perfect for somebody traveling or making a visit in Montreal for work, studies etc…
The room that we are renting is a medium size room. It is simply furnished with a bed and a dresser. In the flat is both, washing and dryer machine, so you don’t have to worry about where to make your laundry, especially in the winter. The apartment is a big apartment for 2-3 people; it has 2 bed rooms, a living room divided in 2 parts, a nice sized kitchen, a big laundry room, 2 balconies, a lot of closets, and one bathroom. It is really warm in the winter, fresh in the summer; a lot of sunlight comes in to the apartment due to its location. Non-Smoker only, please.
We live in a nice neighborhood; it is in the limit between “la Petite Patrie” and “MontRoyal” two of the nicest places to live in Montreal. There are 2 metro stations close, 5 minutes and 35 seconds to either by walking, in one corner Metro “Beaubien”, in the other corner Metro “Rosemont”. The apartment is located close to downtown about 17min in metro, 20 minin bike, 50 min walking. We have a lot of parcs close, like “Parc Laurier”, which in the summer is really fun and versatile to make BBQs and enjoy the swimming pool or “Jarry Park”.
This is our third year in this apartment and we are really happy with it, the contract is just renovated, because it is a good deal. We have a friendly philosophy here, we try to clean once a week, if some of us cooks the other one make the dishes, we are very open to share, we try to have a nice ambience. You can also introduce new dynamics. For those who are outside of Canada; a Skype appointment is necessary; in this way we could improve the communication and be able to have a nice feeling with the person.
