Cozy room in a 2 bedroom apartment in the East Village
I'm looking for a roommate for my two bedroom apartment in the East Village (9th st between 1st ave and ave A). The apartment is available Dec 1st, 2015- July 31st, 2016.
I'm 28 and looking for someone who is clean and responsible but also easygoing.
Each room is private. The bathroom and living room/kitchen are shared. The apartment is on the second floor, is newly renovated and has exposed brick. It has a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher in the unit. The windows face the courtyard and it is quiet.
The room is bright and has a big closet.

Im planning on moving to new york for three months starting from april ! i didnt know that a nice place with a reasonable price was so hard to find. I am more than interested in being your new roommate, Im french and dutch and living in Paris. I will be working at Chipotle and I prefer having a place not too far from New york.
