- Je m’appelle Andrew (bilingue, Français/Anglais), travaille dans une compagnie sportif, sociable, apprécie la culture, musique jazz, cuisine, les voyages

- Je cherche un/une colocataire sympa pour partager cet appartement meublé, spacieux et ensoleillé.

- 2 chambres privées
- 1 salle de bains (baignoire, douche) propre et en bon état
- 1 cuisine séparée et entièrement équipée (inclus tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner)
- Laveuse et sécheuse dans l’appartement
- Le salon (grands canapés confortables) Internet très rapide , netflix, télévision, PS4, bluetooth speakers
- L’appartement (4 étages) est calme et très bien chauffé. J’habite au 4ème alors, dès les beaux jours, on peut se détendre sur la terrasse du toit en appréciant une vue imprenable sur Montreal !

- Juste 5 min de marche jusqu’à la ligne de métro Sherbrooke (ligne orange) une station de loin de berri uqam
- Juste à côté du Parc Lafontaine
- Il y a aussi la ligne de bus 24
- Magifique marché de nourriture (Richelieu) et magasin organique pour fruits et légumes

- Available February 1st 2016 (5 months) until June 30th (possibility to extend depending on what each of us want to do by summer)

- The apartment does not get cold - no need for big sweaters

• I am fully bilingual in French/English, could be a good opportunity to practice either
• I am very easy going, have travelled a bunch, cook, and listen to all types of music. If you are interested, the best thing is to visit the apartment and have a chat

Location and nearby surroundings:

• 5 min walk to sherbrooke metro (orange line) next to berri uqam (large central station green line)
• On Rue Saint-Hubert in-between Duluth and Roy
• Right next to beautiful Parc Lafontaine (ice skating ring in winter)
• Not far from La Banquise, Rue Rachel bars, Mile end, and famous Saint-Laurent street
• The 24 line bus is also 5 min walk - easy to get downtown (bus or metro door to door is 20min max)
• Big grocery store (Richelieu) and healthy organic fruit/vegetable market is only a 10sec walk (I only go to these since they are so close)

Size and Amenities:

• 4-1/2, 2 closed private bedrooms
• 1 bathroom (shared), shower is in good working condition
• Huge living room
• Separate kitchen
• Washer and Dryer in the building (2$ a wash)
• The apt. has a dishwasher
• 4 story building, I am on the 4th floor so neighbours don't bother
• Insane rooftop, although winter is cold as hell, so it's your call if you want to go up ☺

Extras:

• Fully-furnished (big L couch, coffee table, living room table, kitchen with all pots and pans, coffee machine, rice cooker, blender etc. . .)
• All you half to bring is your bed sheets and suitcase ☺
• Netflix, high-speed internet, T.V, aquarium and bonsai tree to set the chill vibe in the house
• Big sound system and Bluetooth speakers
