Come share our East Van home in the Cedar Cottage neighborhood!
We are three females in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a fourth male or female roommate. If you are respectful, tidy, relaxed and friendly give us a shout! Male preferred to balance the house but flexible.

About the House
-New, fully-furnished, top-floor suite
-Hardwood floors, high ceilings, lots of light
-Free in-suite laundry, dishwasher, huge well-equipped kitchen.
-Responsive landlord
-Steps from the #22 stop. 15 min walk to Commercial SkyTrain Station. 10 min walk to B-line bus (#99).
-Located in Cedar Cottage neighbourhood. This is an urban environment with traffic noise so it won't be a good fit if you are sensitive to noise.
-Amazing view of the North Shore mountains!

About the Room
-$600/ month includes all utilities, cable, and internet.
-Available from December 1st, 2015 onwards.
-North-facing room with a beautiful view of the North Shore mountains.
-Furnished (single bed), a chair, and a desk.
-Small closet -- not a good fit if you have lots of stuff.
-There are 3 drawers wooden, small plastic drawers, and a hanging rack that are for sale from person moving out who's going back to Toronto.

About Us
We are 3 female professionals who are pretty busy with work but we like to hang out and watch TV, have dinner parties, and make brunch whenever possible!

About You:
We are looking for a chill male or female roommate in their mid/late 20s/early 30s who shares our values and who wants to hang out and be friends. It's important that you are tidy, clean up after yourself. Open communication, no drama
