Hi folks!

I am moving out end of December (moving-in dates are negotiable) and am looking for someone to take my room.
The apartment has three rooms with each an incredible view of downtown Montreal as well as a small balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer).
The room itself is fully furnished and decorated and includes: double bed (with sheets), desk with chair, lamps, night stand, rugs, and small storing units etc.
Rent is $600 + amenities which average $50/month (unlimited internet, cable TV, land phone).
The building itself posseses a floor with an indoor pool, a small gym as well as a beautiful rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of Montreal. The building is very safe (security cameras) and concierge always on site.
Roommates are super clean and easygoing and therefore, we are looking for someone with similar values, used to living with other people.

Je déménage fin Décembre (dates de départ à convenir) et je recherche quelqu'un pour sous-louer ma chambre.
L'appartement comporte trois chambres avec des vues spectaculaires sur le centre-ville de Montréal. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, frigo, congélateur).
La chambre à louer est meublée et décorée avec un lit double, un bureau et sa chaise, lampes, table de nuit, tapis, rideaux et petite commode.
Le loyer est de 600$ + 50$ pour internet illimité, TV, téléphone fixe.
L'immbeuble comporte un étage avec piscine et petite salle de sport ainsi qu'une belle terrasse panoramique sur le toit (avec vue de 360 degrès sur Montréal).
Les colocataires sont très propres et faciles à vivres et de ce fait, nous cherchons quelqu'un avec des valeurs similaires, qui serait habitué à vivre avec d'autres personnes.
