Coolidge Corner Sublet

I am looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our lovely 3 bed, 1 bath apartment in Coolidge Corner. The room can be yours either April 1st or April 15th (if April 15 works better for you the rent would be pro-rated accordingly) through August 31st. The apartment is bright and happy and gets tons of light (great for plants!) and is on the 3rd floor of a quiet building tucked right behind Coolidge Corner. The bedroom available is small (10.5 feet by 8 feet), has two big windows, and does not have a closet, but you'd have personal use/ownership of the hall closet that is across from the bedroom. The common areas (living room, dining room kitchen) are all quite spacious.

As for who you would be living with, I am a 29F finishing a grad program in creative writing and adjuncting, and the other roommate is a 31F and a 4th grade teacher. The roommate who is moving out has been here for years and is leaving to move in with her fiance. We are both friendly, relaxed, and always down to hang out over a drink. We try to keep the place clean, but we're not perfect. We love art, cooking, plants, food, wine, ice cream, books, making new friends, and dogs.

The room is available as a sublet from April 1st - August 31st. The room could also come with a full-sized bed, if you'd like. The rent will probably go up a little bit in June (you'd be paying $700 a month max) because we have a June lease. Utilities (electric, internet, basic cable) run about 50 dollars a month per person, give or take a few bucks depending on the season. We are looking for a professional or grad student in his or her mid 20s to early/mid 30s. Nonsmoker.
