Cool room to rent

Hi everybody.

I have a cool room to rent near Papineau and Ontario, 9 minutes from the Papineau metro Station and 15 minutes from the Sherbrooke metro station, so between the Village Gay and the Plateau.
The appartment is a 4/2 with with a double room and a big backyard.
You just need the furnitures for your room like your bed and etc. I have a big desk , which i do not use ,if you need it.
All is included (rent, Hydro, Internet, washer/dryer…) for 550$/month.
A dep’ is on the corner, a Pharmaprix, a bakery, a pizza shop (I love pizza)… ant it’s at 10 minutes from the pretty cool park Lafontaine and the grocery store Métro.

We will be just us two, I like beer, party, beer & party, but i’m also a clean and pretty quiet person, especially when I’m doing my homework or studying, i’m easy going, never stressed.
I’m a student in business school so I’d prefer another student or a young professional.
I’d also prefer someone who is looking to stay for at least one year (I don’t wanna be obligated to look for someone in the middle of my exams, i won’t have time for this.)
I’ve been living there with two other girls for the 4 past years. You can speak with them if you have any questions or simply need to be reassured .
I’m looking for a female roommate that speaks english because I’m from France and my english needs to be practiced. If you need help in french we could help each other
Nice and well-trained cat and dog friendly. If your cat likes to put my beer down the table, this is not a nice cat haha.
So, The room will be available at the beginning of July until you decide to leave me haha 😀
