23 year old male professional seeking a chill awesome roommate to experience all that Southie has to offer! If you're looking for a great bargain in a great location, then this is it! Downtown is only a 15 minute bus ride away, and you can literally walk to the Seaport, Castle Island, Harpoon Brewery, stores, bars, etc.

About me: I'm an active person who works in the public sector, and I go to grad school part-time at UMass Boston. I'm very social, and while I usually will have some friends over from time to time, and I'm always down to grab a few beers after work. I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, running, rock climbing and going to bars.

About you: You're also a young professional around the same age with similar interests. You're fairly social as well, but you're also cool with doing your own thing too. If you're the type of person who just sits in their room all day, you probably wouldn't be a good fit.

About the place: Your room is on the smaller side, but you can also use the spare closet in the hall. We'll be splitting the utilities 50/50, and they generally run $80-$130 depending on the season. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a triple decker, and it has a washer/dryer in unit. Everything is completely furnished except for your room. No couples or pets. There's no off-street parking, but you can get a city sticker if you want.
