Comfy Bushwick Apartment Looking for Friendly Roommate

We’re looking for a new roommate to fill in the third bedroom in a cozy 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom second floor walk up in Bushwick, NY!

The area boasts a lot of great restaurants and bars, cafes, and an artistic atmosphere — extremely safe and friendly. There are a dozen spots to eat, drink and relax within a five minute walk of the apartment, and even more in the surrounding area. Very close to the L, J and M trains.

The apartment itself is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with west-facing windows in a central area of the Bushwick neighborhood. Your bedroom has two windows, fire escape access, wooden floors throughout, and a twin-sized mattress with frame (optional -- feel free to bring in your own bed). The common area will be fully stocked with amenities (listed below) that you are more than welcome to share with us!

- Comfy bathroom and shower
- Roof access with a sweeping view of Manhattan and the surrounding area

- L train (Morgan Ave, Jefferson St)
- M train (Central Ave, Myrtle/Wyckoff)
- J train (Myrtle/Wyckoff)

The roommates are:

- Kyle, a sound technician for film and TV
- Mark, a copywriter for ads and websites
- Harlee, a cat for food and love

We’re two friendly, working artists with clean tendencies and easy-going attitudes. We don’t bring the party here, but enjoy a good hang out. A couple of creative guys who enjoy movies, music, books, et al. And a cat.
