Bonjour! Je suis à la recherche d’une personne pour partager mon appartement que j’adore. Je tiens à trouver une personne avec qui partager mon quotidien dans le respect et la convivialité.

Voici les infos :
Location : L’appartement est situé sur une rue calme de la Petite Italie. J’adore le quartier pour ses nombreux cafés, restaurants, parcs ainsi que le marché Jean Talon à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Les stations de métro Beaubien, Jean Talon et Castelnau sont toutes à environ 800m et de nombreux bus mènent rapidement au centre-ville.

L’appartement : 5 ½, rez de chaussé avec cour et terrasse couverte. Environ 900 pieds carrés et fenêtres dans toutes les pièces sauf la salle de bain. Les deux chambres sont à l’opposé l’une de l’autre, donc parfait pour l’intimité.

La chambre : Dimensions de 12’ X 7.5’ Disponible le premier septembre. Elle peut être meublée ou non. L’appartement est meublé mais je peux accommoder une personne qui a ses propres meubles. Le loyer pour la chambre est de 675$ par mois. Il faut prévoir 100$ supplémentaire pour les autres frais (électricité, chauffage et internet illimité).

Un peu sur moi : Je suis post-doctorante en psychologie cognitive. J’ai aussi un bacc et une maîtrise en philosophie. Je suis calme et très soucieuse du bien-être d’autrui. J’aime cuisiner, le café (j’adore ma machine espresso haha) et avoir quelques personnes autour de ma table pour un repas ou des boardgames, mais je ne fais pas vraiment de fêtes.

Location: The apartment is located on a quiet street in Little Italy. I love the neighborhood for its many cafes, restaurants, parks and the Jean Talon market within 5 minute’s walk. The Beaubien, Jean Talon and Castelneau subway stations are all about 800m away. Many bus lines will quickly get you downtown.

The apartment: 5 ½, ground floor with courtyard and covered terrace. Approximately 900 square feet. Windows in all rooms except the bathroom. The two bedrooms are the opposite of each other, so perfect for privacy.

The room: Dimensions of 12 'X 7.5' Available September 1st, furnished or not. The apartment is furnished but I can accommodate a person who has his own furniture. The rent is $ 675 per month. An additional 100$ is required for heating costs and internet (unlimited download).

A bit about me: I am working as a researcher in cognitive psychology. I also have a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in philosophy. I am calm, I work a lot and I am very concerned about the well-being of others. I love cooking, good coffee (I love my espresso machine haha), chat and sometimes have a few people around my table, but I don’t really party.
