Colocation proche de l'Université de Montréal et de HEC

Salut! Je suis une étudiante qui cherche une colocataire pour cohabiter dans un 4(1/2) dans le coin Cotes-des-neiges/Jean-Talon.
L'appartement est situé à 15min à pied de HEC et de l'Udem. Proche des bus 160, 161 et 92 qui mènent aux métros Plamondon, Beaubien et Rosemont.

L'appartement est complètement meublé et la cuisine équipée. Tout inclus (internet, hydro et chauffage), pour 630$/mois.

La chambre à louer contient une commode, un petit bureau et un lit double.
L'appartement est aussi muni d'une laveuse/sécheuse.

Je suis une étudiante en design de 23 ans et je recherche une coloc qui a à peu près mon âge. Étudiants étrangers sont aussi les bienvenue. Je parle français et anglais.
