Colocation conviviale parfaitement située ! (station Sherbrooke/Berri-UQAM)
Nous sommes trois étudiants français à Montréal et nous recherchons une personne pour reprendre une chambre dans notre colocation dès maintenant !
L'appartement est un 6 1/2 situé au coin entre Sherbrooke Est et Saint Denis, à 3 minutes à pied de la station Sherbrooke et à 7 minutes de Berri-UQAM !
Le quartier est très dynamique et vivant avec de nombreux bars, restaurants, cinéma ... Idéal pour sortir !
Le loyer comprend le chauffage et l'électricité auquel il faut ajouter 25 dollars de participation pour internet (haut débit illimité). Le logement dispose d'une laveuse, d'une sécheuse ainsi que d'un lave-vaisselle. L'intérieur est non-fumeur, mais la terrasse accueillera volontiers les moments cigarettes. L'appartement est entièrement meublé et les chambres contiennent toutes un bureau, un lit double et un rangement. Tu n'as qu'à poser tes valises !
Nous souhaitons que cette colocation reste un lieu de partage et d'échange où l'on puisse se retrouver entre amis autour d'un verre ou d'un repas, tout en respectant l'intimité et le travail de chacun.
