Nous sommes actuellement 4 (3 filles et 1 garçon) entre 20 et 26 ans, étudiantes et jeunes travailleurs.

We have 3 furnished room available now in a huge 7 bedroom next to the subway station Laurier (3min by walk). It is near the Plateau and Mile End. Next to many cafés and grocery stores.
There are 4 rooms available from now ! The flat is big, furnished and has 2 bathrooms. a washing machine and a dryer. The rent for the room included hydro, unlimited wifi, ect.
$495 for a small room,
$545 for a medium-size room,
$575 for a large room with private balcony,
All the room are furnished.

We are 4 (3 girls and 1 guy) student and workers in our twenties.
We are looking for nice, clean and respectful roomates who are willing to share nice moments all together such as dining, going out and having a drink.
