Grande colocation située en plein Quartier Latin (rue St-Denis et Maisonneuve)

Notre grande colocation consiste en trois appartements 5½ que nous avons aménagés pour avoir plus d'espaces communs et ainsi vivre une expérience de collocation plus intéressante.

La configuration des appartements compte 17 pièces, (7 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 2 cuisines, 3 salons, 1 chambre d'ami et 1 bureau).

Deux chambres (meublées) sont disponibles dès Décembre tandis qu'une troisième se libère pour Janvier. Les loyers sont 550, 600 ou 650 dépendamment de la chambre. (Électricité, chauffage et internet inclus)

Pour notre collocation le vivre ensemble est très important et nous faisons preuve d'un grand respect et ouverture.

Large flatsharing located in the Latin Neighborhood (St-Denis & Maisonneuve Streets)

Our large flatshare consists of three 5½ apartments which we combined and arranged to get more common spaces and thus live a more interesting collocation experience.

The apartments have 17 rooms, (7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 1 guest room and 1 office).

Two rooms (furnished) are available from December while a third is available for January. Rents are 550, 600 or 650 depending on the room. (Electricity, heating, and internet are included)
